I’ve been there. The place where you know you are destined for more but you settle. I let the self-doubt and the imposter syndrome stifle my dreams until I decided to answer the calling from within.

I have suffered crippling depression, watched loved ones die and nearly destroyed my relationship (multiple times). At times I felt like my life would amount to nothing special. 

I learnt that it was the misalignment and playing small that was causing my suffering. Not listening to myself and swallowing my truth was causing heartache that I couldn't ignore. 

The game changed when I took extreme ownership of my choices.

Now I am a multidimensional coach and entrepreneur, unapologetically tuned in to my brilliance - an ordinary woman leading an extraordinary life!

When my father died it woke me up to everything that is precious in this life.

I was presented with a choice: settle for a life of compromise or step into my courage?
I dived into the murky depths of the soul not knowing what I would find. After over a decade of inner work and deep personal growth, I emerged from the chrysalis unrecognisable. I had tuned into my authority and from that moment on took utlimate ownership of my life and my choices.
